The Ancient Chinese called it Chi. Ancient Indians, Prana. Ancient Greeks, Pneuma. Japanese, Ki. Tibetan, Lüng. Hawaiian, Ruah.
Today, it's known as
Bioelectricity.
When you experience fear, you feel a dropping sensation in your gut. When you experience love, you feel a warm sensation around your heart. When you experience nerves, you feel what is described as 'butterflies' in your stomach. When you're tired, you're low on 'energy'. When you're excited, you're 'energetic'.
There's a reason why we describe emotions as 'feelings'. Each and every one has a physical energy that can be felt in our bodies, and we've been blind to its greatest secret.
Have you ever wondered how low emotions affect our health? Why stress is especially harmful during pregnancy? Or what the 'placebo' effect is? It's all down to the bioelectrical energy behind emotions. Our ancestors taught us to gain conscious control over it to be able to directly utilise its power over our health.
Few know that it's possible to control it just as naturally as we control our breathing. We can direct bioelectricity around our bodies to reduce pain, headaches, motion sickness, and even speed up the healing of sore muscles, cuts, bruises, scrapes and more. It's everything our emotions unconsciously affect, but on a conscious level of control.
After reading into Ancient Chinese Medicine, I learnt this bioelectrical energy was a lost ancient teaching once called “Chi”. I learnt many techniques for boosting its strength, but the one teaching that seems lost to ancient history is how to become aware of it, how to 'feel' Chi, something I managed to do by chance. So, I tried to discover the lost teaching myself so that I could teach others.
After many failed attempts, I finally found a technique that I've used to help people become conscious of their Chi in just a few minutes. That's when I started formulating “Chi Fu” teachings...
The identification, cultivation, and
application of bioelectricity.
Ancient teachings,
reawakened.
I'm still working on putting together these teachings for the public. In the meantime, you're welcome to join the Chi Fu community on WhatsApp to join discussions and be notified when the teachings have been published.

Unlike “Kung Fu” or “Chi Kung” (or Qi Gong in Hanyu Pinyin) which both focus on physical movements, “Chi Fu” is a rebirth of the ancient primary focus on Chi, pure mental power, becoming truly conscious of it as to not require any physical movement to cultivate it and control its flow.
Kung = work/skill
Chi = life energy
Fu = time spent on/focus
Chi Fu = energy focus
